Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
A shawl of grave-silk worn by the lesser gentry of the Hollowed Court, woven from the fibers of those who chose to be continued rather than to end.
Refusal. While you wear this mantle and are reduced to 0 Hit Points but not killed outright, you drop to 1 Hit Point instead. Once used, this property can't be used again until you finish a Long Rest.
Grave-Warmth. While you have half your Hit Points or fewer, you have Resistance to Necrotic damage.
