Dealer, of the Wolfsgat, sixty-one, formerly antiquary to this house. Two lots in this sale came out of his stock: the interleaved inventory at lot 62, which is his own working copy with his own additions bound in, and the cabinet of admitted forgeries at lot 91, which was sold with his household goods at a sale in this city. He had the run of the Presentation Gallery on all three days of view, as any dealer of this city has, and he wrote where he stood.
[in red ink] Formerly antiquary to this house. Nineteen years, and the entry is eleven words. I catalogued four hundred lots in this hall and taught the appraiser to hold a glass, and she has given me two lines and a trade and a street. Put 1622 against my name if you are going to put a street against it. C.O. (Sprokkel 1637)
[in pencil] the year he asks for is the one year the printed text does not have. count the pages it should be on.

Traits
Held It in His Hands. Ohl has advantage on any check to detect a forgery, a cast, a marriage of two objects, a later ground, or a replaced part, and he will name the file-stroke, solder seam, watermark, or ground that proves it. He has disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks against a creature that is lying about a person.
Spellcasting. He casts the following spells, using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 13). 1/day each: Attest, Weigh the Unseen.
Actions
Appraise. He examines an object he can touch for 1 minute. He states its material, its method of making, and its age within five years, and all of that is correct. He then states who made it, who owned it, and why it was sold, and any of that may be wrong. He does not distinguish between the two halves of his answer, and neither does his voice.
Paring Knife. Melee Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.
Reactions
Wend. fo. When a creature states an attribution in his hearing, Ohl cites a folio of his own interleaved inventory against it. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Charisma saving throw or lose the room's belief for 10 minutes. If the folio he cites is one of the leaves bound in after 1620, the citation is false, and it works exactly as well.
