Daughter of Klaas Vantoc and Berthe Vantoc, thirty-eight, of the Wolfsgat, and the claimant in respect of nine lots in this sale, upon three papers: folios of her father's pledge-book, the seizure list of 1619, and the deed of gift above. The claims are entered, are referred to the Court of Wards, and do not stay the sale, the lots being offered without prejudice. One of the three papers is itself a lot in this sale, and she has applied to see it and has been shown it at the table, in the presence of a clerk, twice.

Traits
Three Papers. She carries her father's folios, a seizure list, and a deed of gift. While she has a paper in her hand that touches the matter in hand, she has advantage on Charisma checks and cannot be moved out of a room by any means short of force or an officer.
Tested. If Attest, or any comparable divination, is cast upon the deed of gift, the deed is shown for what it is. She loses the benefit of Three Papers for the rest of the sale, her claim upon four lots fails on the spot, and she does not raise her voice.
Actions
Claim. She names a creature and states her claim. That creature must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or hear her out to the end, in the room, in front of whoever is in it; on a success it must leave the room instead. Either way the claim has been made in front of witnesses, and this house writes it in the day-book.
Wheel-lock Petronel. Ranged Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/90 ft. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage. It takes an action to wind and load, and she has done it twice in the Wolfsgat and never in a saleroom.
