The rot-continuant was once a lord of the Hollowed Court who “continued” one bloom too many, until the Blight found the seams between its fused symbiotes and poured in. Now it shambles as a walking reliquary, each corrupted symbiote screaming a different dead name, lashing at any living bond it can reach.

Traits
Reliquary of Bonds. The rot-continuant carries the corrupted remains of many symbiotes. When it dies, each creature bonded to a symbiote within 15 feet must make a Communion saving throw (see Chapter 5) as the freed corruption gropes for a new host.
Actions
Multiattack. The rot-continuant makes two Symbiote Lash attacks.
Symbiote Lash. Melee Attack Roll: +8, reach 10 ft. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) Slashing damage plus 5 (2d4) Necrotic damage.
Infesting Spores (Recharge 5–6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 15, each creature in a 15-foot Emanation. Failure: 16 (3d10) Necrotic damage, and a creature bonded to a symbiote must make a Communion saving throw (see Chapter 5); on a failed Communion save it gains 1 Infestation. Success: Half damage only.
