Name the hand of one person whose writing you have studied for at least 10 minutes. For the duration, everything you write by hand appears to be written by that person: their letters, slope, spacing, and habits of spelling and of stopping.
Writing made while the spell lasts keeps the borrowed hand after the spell ends, permanently. A creature that examines such writing closely can tell it for an imitation with a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC, with Advantage if that creature knows the hand imitated well. Attest shows it for what it is with no check at all.
The spell governs the hand and nothing else. It supplies no seal, no paper of the right stock, no date, and no matter that the person would have written.
