The seventh fork has 3 charges and regains all of them at dawn. As an action, strike it and set the stem to any hard surface, expending 1 charge: every unattended object of glass or glazed earthenware within 15 feet cracks. Glass held or worn by a creature is not affected, though the creature feels the stem of the fork go cold in the hand.
While the stem rests on a surface, and for 1 minute after, the other six forks cannot be sounded in the same room.
